When<\/strong>:\u00a0 Saturday, April 27, 2013; 8:00 pm<\/p>\n

Where<\/strong>:\u00a0 Jerry Meyer Arena, Jamestown High School<\/p>\n

Grand March Tickets<\/strong>:\u00a0 $4.\u00a0 Advance tickets for Grand March spectators will be sold in the Commons April 24, 25, 26 11:00 \u2013 12:30.\u00a0 Tickets will also be available at the door.<\/p>\n

Sign Up<\/strong>:\u00a0 Jamestown High School office.\u00a0 April 12 \u2013 April 25.\u00a0 Couples wishing to participate in the Grand March must be registered by April 25.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>:\u00a0 All students who attend the prom, must be at least a junior in high school.\u00a0 Any students attending from other schools, must submit a letter signed by their administrator showing proof of their grade. \u00a0Any person attending prom that is out of high school must complete a verification of age sheet located in the office.<\/p>\n

Prom Couples may arrive at the High School from 7:00 \u2013 7:30 pm.\u00a0 Couples should report directly to the Music Doors.\u00a0 At this time, you will register and be given your registration card, which you will use to present to the emcee as you enter the gymnasium for the grand march.<\/p>\n

School Policy:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Prom is a school event and the same rules listed in the Student Handbook will apply at our 2013 Prom.\u00a0 All School Events are alcohol and drug free.\u00a0 All prom couples will be required to take a Breathalyzer test at the door.\u00a0 Once students enter the building for prom, re-entry is not permitted.\u00a0 Once couples are in the building, there will be no opportunities for individual photos by friends or family at any time.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Spectators<\/strong>:\u00a0 The Northwest doors will open at 7:20 pm. and close at 8:00 pm. All prom spectators must be seated by 8:00 pm.\u00a0 Tickets will be available for sale at the door.\u00a0 If any spectator is in need of any special accommodations, please contact Bill Nold at 952-4004.\u00a0 After the Grand March, spectators will exit the Northwest doors or the athletic doors.\u00a0 No spectators will be allowed in the Commons area at<\/em> any time.\u00a0 Thank you for your respect on this issue.<\/p>\n
