. Minor flooding continues to affect much of the James River basin
\nin North Dakota. Pipestem Creek near Pingree appears to have crested
\nand while falling, it will remain above flood stage well into the
\nweekend. Farther south, the James River at LaMoure is expected to
\ncrest on Friday and remain above flood stage into the middle of next
\nweek.<\/p>\n
