The project began back in 2003 with the final lot sale to United Parcel Service in 2019. The Park is now full with retail, finance, construction, logistics, diesel mechanics, residential\/commercial development, and aerospace industries.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"100%\">\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td width=\"15\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td width=\"5\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The Spiritwood Energy Park continues to attract interest from multiple industries. \u201cA biomass company that recently broke ground in Grand Forks is interested in more locations across the state, including Spiritwood,\u201d reported Connie Ova, CEO, \u201cWe do have an exclusive agreement with Company X;
