Dallas\u00a0 (INFORUM)\u00a0 On Saturday, following their clinching of the FCS Football Chapinship, the North Dakota State football team was significantly delayed at Dallas Love airport on their return to Fargo, when their plane had mechanical problems..<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

NDSU Sports Information Director Ryan Perreault, says,Around 10 p.m., Satruday, the team had been stuck in the airplane for close to three hours.<\/p>\n

He says the plane carrying the James Madison football team back to Virginia was to return to Dallas to give the Bison their ride back to Fargo.<\/p>\n

<\/b>Perreault added the airport hoped to get the three-time defending national champions back to Fargo by around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.<\/p>\n

NDSU defeated James Madison with a thrilling 28-20 victory to claim the Football Championship Subdivision National Championship in Frisco Saturday at Toyota Stadium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
