Previously…<\/p>\n Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Public works informs motorists that due to City utility repairs, 1st Avenue will be closed to through traffic from 1st Street South to 4th Street North. Traffic will be diverted to 2nd Ave East and 2nd Ave SW.<\/p>\n This section of 1st Avenue will continue to be closed until repairs are completed.
