These caucuses are officially open, with the state awarding 18 delegates to vote for candidates at the National Democratic Convention in Milwaukee on July 12-18. Of these 18 delegates, 14 are pledged delegates allocated on the basis of the results of the caucuses.<\/p>\n<p>HOW TO VOTE IN PERSON: If you are a qualified voter in ND, you can participate and vote in person at a designated location on March 10, 2020. Polls will be open from <strong>11 am to 7 pm<\/strong>.
