A reminder the Valley City\u00a0 DMV is currently closed to the public until
\nfurther notice. We are doing invoiced renewals over the phone from 9 am to 3 pm with card payment. Title transfer work and any other work that requires signatures has to be mailed into the state. Anyone with questions please call the\u00a0 office and they will assist you the best we can at this time 701-845-3812.<\/p>\n
