A shotgun and shell casing were recovered at the scene.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After further investigation and speaking with the suspect in this case, 22 year old Kelsey Lou Kamoni, of Jamestown, was arrested on charges of Terrorizing, Reckless Endangerment and Discharging a Firearm within the City Limits.<\/p>\n<p>Kamoni is currently awaiting formal charges in the Stutsman County Correctional Center.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (JPD)\u00a0 Jamestown Police reports, a Jamestown woman was arrested Sunday afternoon after discharging a firearm within city limits.
