The meeting airs live with replays on CSi TV 10 -The Replay Channel &amp; CSi 67.\u00a0 \u00a0To view the briefing online, view it here at <a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\">CSiNewsNOW.com<\/a> or go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/thereplaychannel\">CSi LiveStream at Facebook.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FTheReplayChannel%2Fvideos%2F581317142764054%2F&amp;show_text=0&amp;width=450\" width=\"450\" height=\"340\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Presenters included Central Valley Health District, Jamestown Public\u00a0 Schools, Business Education, and Edward Jones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Central Valley Health District Administrator, Robin Iszler said, as of Tuesday afternoon there have been 16 positive COVID-19 cases in Stutsman County, with five recovered.\u00a0 \u00a0As of Tuesday afternoon there have been 1841 test in Stutsman County\u202646 in Logan County.\u00a0 Testing will be held this week at the North Dakota State Hospital, and local nursing homes.\u00a0 No public testing is scheduled this week.<\/p>\n<p>More public testing is planned at the Gackle Care Center, and a nursing home, in Napoleon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Michelle Reed who teaches personal finance at Jamestown High School, talked about student loans, which are suspended for six months for federal student loans only.\u00a0 The debt will be waiting for you when the suspended period is over.\u00a0 She said a forbearance is possible, and to check with loan institution.\u00a0 Payments may also be made.<\/p>\n<p>For mortgages forbearance is for a limited number of payments, which must be repaid at the end of the term of the forbearance, and may be a lump sum, at the end of the forbearance, or spread out with in future payments.<\/p>\n<p>With emergency funds, she said to establish a budget to manage costs and to pay for essential items.\u00a0 She said payday loans are for a short term to be repaid from your next paycheck, and the loans carry a high interest rate.<\/p>\n<p>She said to avoid using credit cards, as a &#8220;piggy bank.&#8221;\u00a0 Charge only what you can afford.\u00a0 Purchase what you, need, and not want.\u00a0 Pay the balance in full each month.<\/p>\n<p>Pat Nygaard with Edward Jones added, he works with clients \u00a0to establish an emergency fund.\u00a0 He said to diversify your portfolio, a lifestyle fund, is an example of a more hands-off investment and for more conservative rebound investment.\u00a0 The Jamestown Edward Jones office is not available right now for face to face visits.
