Monday afternoon:<\/p>\n

Dry conditions are expected this afternoon with minimum relative<\/p>\n

humidity values of 20 to 30 percent. Winds this afternoon will be<\/p>\n

20 to 30 mph gusting to 40 mph out of the east to southeast this<\/p>\n

afternoon, highest in the Devils Lake basin. The combination of<\/p>\n

dry conditions and gusty winds will create near-critical fire<\/p>\n

weather conditions this afternoon. Please follow guidance from<\/p>\n

local authorities and consider moving burning activities to<\/p>\n

another day.<\/p>\n

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) \u2014 North Dakota health officials have reported 31 new cases of COVID-19, with all but five being confirmed in the state\u2019s most populous county. Cass County, which remains the epicenter of the state\u2019s coronavirus outbreak, had 26 cases on Monday, bringing the county\u2019s total to 1,173.<\/p>\n
