Jamestown\u00a0 (NDSU Ext Service) The Stutsman County 4-H held its county consumer decision making contest on Sunday June 14th at the Stutsman County Fairgrounds.\u00a0 This is a contest that encourages the kids to learn how to make smart buying decisions and how to express the reason why they chose that item.<\/p>\n
There were 3 beginners, ages 8 and 9, with Annabelle Rittenbach getting the grand champion, Elizabeth Rittenbach the reserve champion and Aveahya LaMont receiving the runner up award.<\/p>\n
The grand champion junior, age 10-13, was Chloe Smith, and our grand champion senior, ages 14-18, was Cheyana Smith.\u00a0 Special thanks to our reasons judge Amanda McClean.
