The\u00a0 pickup ran off the roadway and struck a tree head on. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and transported to Lisbon hospital with minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Injured passengers were:\u00a0 42 year old Cody Jensen, of Lisbon, who was transported to Lisbon hospital, then to Sanford, with\u00a0 serious injuries.\u00a0 Restraints: No seatbelt, no airbag.\u00a0 Another passenger, 40 year old Jesse Griggs, of Lisbon, was transported to Lisbon hospital for minor injuries.
