{"id":211698,"date":"2020-11-02T10:12:31","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T16:12:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=211698"},"modified":"2020-11-02T10:19:30","modified_gmt":"2020-11-02T16:19:30","slug":"heinrich-talks-about-reaction-to-emergency-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=211698","title":{"rendered":"Heinrich about reaction to Emergency Order"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Mayor Dwaine Heinrich says, reaction to his <a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=211346\">Emergency Order <\/a>he issued last week, to stem the increase in COVID-19 positive cases, has varied.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday\u2019s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, he said, comments he\u2019s received ranged from:<\/p>\n<p>The city, and the Emergency Order is not doing enough, and was not implemented soon enough, to the city\u2019s Emergency Order is too restrictive.<\/p>\n<p>He has seen an increase face mask wearing by business employees, and with customers.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that the Jamestown City Council will review and decide every seven days, or longer, whether to extend the Emergency Order, longer.\u00a0 Heinrich said he would like to see the order extended 30 days, to review the number of positive COVID-19 cases within that time frame, and if the cases have significantly increased.<\/p>\n<p>He said if Governor Burgum further moves Stutsman County to the Orange High Risk Level from the current yellow moderate risk level, there will be additional restrictions, for mitigation of COVID-19, including only essential travel and work recommended, \u00a0due to the increased high risk exposure to the virus, concerning widespread of the infection in the community.\u00a0 Also under Orange, High Risk, is urging of increased cleaning of high touch surfaces, at home and at work, along with avoiding crowds and large gatherings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Mayor Dwaine Heinrich says, reaction to his Emergency Order he issued last week, to stem the increase in COVID-19 positive cases, has varied.
