(AP) \u2013 A North Dakota judge ruled Wednesday that he will allow a new lawsuit onto a challenge of a 2011 abortion law that he already has called unconstitutional.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 East Central Judge Wickham Corwin said in April that he will rule in favor of the state\u2019s sole abortion clinic in its challenge of a state law that limits the use of drugs to terminate pregnancies.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 New York-based Center for Reproductive Rights filed a lawsuit in state court last month challenging a new state law that requires doctors who perform abortions to obtain hospital-admitting privileges. The group says the 2013 law raises the same \u201clegal and factual matters\u201d as the 2011 law.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem says the judge\u2019s ruling will be appealed to the state Supreme Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BISMARCK, N.D.
