\"\"Jamestown\u00a0 (CVHD)\u00a0 Central Valley Health District reports they will hold COVID 19 testing\u00a0\u00a0 from 11 am<\/em> to 12 noon<\/strong> at the Jamestown Civic Center,\u00a0 using the Rapid Testing, BinaxNow , Thursday\u00a0 January\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 21, at 11 am<\/em>\u00a0t0 12 noon.<\/strong><\/p>\n

By screening with rapid antigen tests, event attendees will be able to receive their test results within 15 minutes via text notification. The test also is less invasive than a PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) test in that it uses a nasal swab to collect a sample<\/a> from the lower part of the nostril.<\/p>\n

If a person tests positive, they should isolate at home immediately and a case investigator will be in touch with them within 24 hours. If the screening yields a negative result, individuals should continue to monitor for symptoms.<\/p>\n

Interested individuals should fill out an online survey at testreg.nd.gov<\/a> for faster registration.<\/p>\n
