The Silver Alert issued on February 1, 2021 has been cancelled. Thomas Allen Townson was located deceased, in Ramsey County by law enforcement officials.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Authorities found 76-year-old Townson at approximately 10:30 Wednesday morning, in a rural area near Starkweather, North Dakota,\u00a0 north of Devils Lake. Authorities found his vehicle in the same location.<\/p>\n

The Ramsey County Sheriff\u2019s office says it is still investigating the case. Officials say there doesn\u2019t appear to be any danger to the public.<\/p>\n

\nThomas Allen Townson of Devils Lake, ND is a 76 year old white male.<\/p>\n

He is 6 feet tall, weighs 205 pounds and has blue eyes, grey hair and balding.<\/p>\n

His last known whereabouts were on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 9:00 am at 320 7th Avenue northeast in Devils Lake.<\/p>\n

He is believed to be driving a 1998 Brown or Copper Chevrolet extended cab, ND license plate 863AKJ.<\/p>\n

Additional information: He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, black jacket and jeans.<\/p>\n
