Madison Motschenbacher was chosen from this year\u2019s applicants and will receive a $1,000 scholarship.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you to everyone at Unison Bank for this wonderful opportunity,\u201d shared Motschenbacher. \u201cI really appreciate this gift.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eligible applicants included Jamestown, N.D. and surrounding area high school graduating seniors who are, or whose parent(s) or guardian(s) are customers of Unison Bank and planning to attend a college, university, vocational or technical post-secondary school. Each applicant\u2019s scholarship, letter of recommendation and transcript were graded by the Unison Bank Scholarship Committee.<\/p>\n<p>While attending PEAK Academy Home School, Motschenbacher has participated in the Jamestown High School Speech Team, in addition she has displayed leadership skills through the peer-led community study she implemented and the multiple missions and service-based trips she has taken over the years to help others. This fall Motschenbacher plans to attend the University of Jamestown to pursue a degree in Communications and minor in Leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Unison Bank President &amp; CEO, Kelly Rachel, said, \u201cThank you to all of the students who applied for our scholarship.
