Jamestown residents of a convicted, high risk sex offender, who had relocated in Jamestown<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Jeff Bellard now resides at 1610 Business Loop East, Apt, A, Jamestown, ND 58401<\/p>\n<p>His vehicle is a red 2006 GMC Sierra.\u00a0 Bellard is a 52 year old white male,\u00a0 five feet eight inches tall, weighing 250 pounds with hazel eyes, and gray hair.<\/p>\n<p>He has been assigned a\u00a0 High Risk Assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, of the ND Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Offense: Carnal Knowledge of a 16 year old female on numerous occasions.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction Date:\u00a0 January 2009, in St. Landry Parish Louisiana District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: Five years to run concurrently with two other counts, credit give for time served.<\/p>\n<p>Offense:\u00a0 Indecent Behavior with a juvenile.\u00a0 Bellard had and oral sex,\u00a0 intercourse with a 16 year old female on numerous occasions.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction Date: January 2009\u00a0 in St. Landry Parish Louisiana District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: Five years to run concurrently with two counts, credit given for time served.<\/p>\n<p>Offense: Contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, with intercourse with a 16 year old female on numerous occasions.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction Date: January, 2009\u00a0 in St. Landry Parish Louisiana District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition:\u00a0 Five years to run concurrent with two counts,, credit given for time served.<\/p>\n<p>Offense: Molestation of a Juvenile, when he was 31 years old involving an 11 year old girl.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction Date:\u00a0 January 2004 in\u00a0 Acadia Parish Louisiana District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition:\u00a0 Three years.<\/p>\n<p>Bellard is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n<p>This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n<p>Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for
