Every year Prairie Business recognizes companies and organizations that, in part, have been nominated by their peers. JRMC was named one of the region’s best, said Andrew Weeks, editor of Prairie Business Magazine. Prairie Business selects 50 employers each year from across the Dakotas and Minnesota.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re grateful for this award, especially considering the challenges we\u2019ve experienced in healthcare,\u201d said JRMC President & CEO Mike Delfs. \u201cIn these 17 months, never once did we have to lay off or furlough employees. Prairie Business magazine also named JRMC a Top 50 Best Place to work in the region in 2018 and 2019. In 2021, the National Rural Health Association named it a \u201cTop 100 Critical Access Hospital\u201d for the eighth consecutive year. Modern Healthcare named JRMC a \u201cBest Places to Work in Healthcare\u201d each year from 2017-2020.<\/p>\n
