The decision enables the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) to move forward with a water service contract for the project to receive up to 20 cubic feet per second of water from the McClusky Canal, helping provide a municipal, rural and industrial water supply for Burleigh, Sheridan, Wells, Foster, Kidder, McLean and <strong>Stutsman<\/strong> counties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Today\u2019s decision follows Hoeven\u2019s efforts to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoeven.senate.gov\/news\/news-releases\/hoeven-statement-on-bureau-of-reclamation-proposal-to-approve-central-north-dakota-water-supply-project\">secure approval<\/a> of the contract.
