.Critical fire weather conditions are expected in northwest North Dakota Tuesday\u00a0 afternoon and early evening, where relative humidity will drop to around 10 percent and southwest winds will approach 20 mph. A greater expanse of critical fire weather conditions is possible on Wednesday, affecting all of western and much of central North Dakota. The company said Tuesday that the treatment would be the first long-acting antibody combination to receive an emergency use authorization for COVID-19 prevention. The FDA has authorized three other antibody drugs already. Two of them can be given after a possible COVID-19 exposure to try and head off symptoms. It says the number of people with inadequate access to water is also expected to rise to more than 5 billion by 2050, up from 3.6 billion in 2018, as populations grow. Brian Kemp are fighting back against Donald Trump and their own party leaders. They are angered by Trump\u2019s Sept. 25 rally in Georgia where the former president again attacked Kemp. Kemp supporters warn that an embrace of Trump, his unproven claims about election fraud and his vendetta against Kemp for not trying to overturn Trump\u2019s loss last year could ruin Republican chances in 2022. MANDAN, N.D. (AP) \u2014 A sentencing date has been scheduled for the man convicted of killing four people at property management business in Mandan in 2019. Chad Isaak is scheduled in court Dec. 28 where he faces the possibility of life in prison on each of his four murder convictions. A Morton County jury in August found Chad Isaak guilty in the deaths of RJR Maintenance and Management co-owner Robert Fakler, and employees Adam Fuehrer, Bill Cobb, and his wife, Lois Cobb. The four were shot and stabbed April 1, 2019, in the RJR building in Mandan. Isaak lived at a Washburn property managed by RJR, but a definitive motive for the slayings was never established.<\/p>\n
