“Greetings Folks,<\/p>\n

Hasn\u2019t it been a beautiful fall?\u00a0With the early winter type weather we have had in recent years, this is enjoyable.\u00a0The air is clear and fresh, try to get out and enjoy.<\/p>\n

Our dog Mindy\u2019s license expired the other day so we renewed it at the VCPD.\u00a0With so many dogs utilizing the dog park, licensing is a safety factor for all as current vaccinations are required.\u00a0So, please license your pet(s).<\/p>\n

Next Sunday morning, November 7th<\/sup>, Daylight Savings Time ends for this year.\u00a0We\u2019ll have a bit more light in the morning, but it will be rather dark shortly after 5:00 in the afternoon.<\/p>\n

That Sue, our dog and I walk often, we want to say \u201cthank you\u201d as more and more drivers are being respectful of pedestrian right-of-way at crosswalks.\u00a0You are appreciated.<\/p>\n

SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY illuminates the significance of supporting \u201csmall businesses\u201d independently owned by people like your friends and you.\u00a0Small Business Saturday, November 27th<\/sup>, is a day dedicated to supporting a wide range of local businesses helping create jobs, boost the economy and keep communities thriving.\u00a0When local businesses flourish, the community flourishes.\u00a0Small businesses often have \u201chomey\u201d, friendly atmospheres lending to caring service.\u00a0If they don\u2019t have exactly what you want, they will help get it for you or you may buy a GIFT CARD!<\/p>\n

There is a Pedestrian Crosswalk on West Main by the Rosebud Center.\u00a0Please stop when crossing lights are flashing as pedestrians have right\u2013of-way.\u00a0Let\u2019s be respectful of one another and be safe.<\/p>\n
