Approved\u00a0 Monthly Bills for the City and Public Works in the Amount of $1,780.769.92<\/p>\n

Approved for Signatures was the 2021 Barnes County ND Multi-Jurisdictional Multi Hazard mitigation Plan, once the Plan is approved by the ND Department of Emergency Services.<\/p>\n

R<\/strong>ESOLUTIONS <\/strong><\/p>\n

Approved a Resolution to Enroll In and Offer the NDPERS Defined Benefit Hybrid Retirement Plan to all Eligible\u00a0 Employees.<\/p>\n

Approved a Resolution to Enroll in And Offer NDPERS\u00a0 Public Safety Retirement Plan to all Eligible\u00a0 City Employees Classified as Peace Officers, or Firefighters.<\/p>\n

Also approved was a Resolution to Enroll and Offer NDPERS 457 Deferred Compensation Plan to all Eligible \u00a0City Employees.<\/p>\n

Gwen Crawford said budgets were gone over with portfolio holders concerning capital improvement projects.<\/p>\n

There has been final approval of the pavement aprons at Love’s Travel Center, with the cold weather pushing the installation of the concrete until spring.<\/p>\n

She attended the ND Water Resource District meeting in Bismarck with discussions on Valley City projects concerning changes with the in town dams.<\/p>\n
