Jeffery Keith Wolff resides at\u00a0 414 4th St. NE apartment #1, Jamestown ND 58401.<\/p>\n
Wolff’s vehicles are a 2006 Chevy Impala, with ND license plate, 475 DID and a tan 2006 Chevy Impala ND license 396 DNP<\/p>\n
Wolff is a 44 year old white male six feet one inch tall, weighing 160 pounds with blue eyes and brown\/strawberry hair.<\/p>\n
Wolff has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Attorney General’s Risk Level Committee.<\/p>\n
Offense:\u00a0 Gross Sexual Imposition involving a 13 year old girl.<\/p>\n
Conviction Date: January 1996 in Cass County, ND District Court.<\/p>\n
Disposition: 10 years 7 and a half years suspended.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Offense: Sexual Assault, fondling a 14 year old girl while they were attending a church concert.<\/p>\n
Conviction Date: September 1993 in Ramsey County, ND Juvenile Court.<\/p>\n
Disposition:\u00a0 Custody DJS.<\/p>\n
Wolff is on GPS Monitoring.<\/p>\n
Wolff is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n
This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n
Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n
