Four of us needed flights to Germany. Two of the flights over were on time, but two of us had to rebook a couple of times due to weather and mechanical difficulties. My daughter\u2019s first flight back was canceled, and Ronda went into the office on a Sunday (her day off) and helped her reschedule her flight. She went above and beyond for our family and made a stressful time easier.
