Making it to Bismarck by Noon.<\/p>\n<p>As 2:30pm approached. the cold and wind could not stop\u00a0 the crowd of well wishers at the exit 256, to give their support for their convoy. Vehicles on the interstate and driving over the bridge were celebrated.<\/p>\n<p>The parade of semis, trucks, and cars were decorated with signs and flags. The trucks will join up with another group of trucks in the state of Wisconsin at the junction of I-94 &amp; I-90 as they travel to D.C.<\/p>\n<p>The Convoy is part of the\u00a0American Truckers Freedom Fund.
