The People\u2019s Choice winners were: First Place \u2013 Brent Carpenter, Jamestown, N.D.;<\/strong> and Second & Third Place was a tie \u2013 Thomas Kartes, Dickey, N.D. & Trey Isakson, Dickey, N.D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Previously<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Dickey, ND The 13th annual Sweet N\u2019 Sticky in Dickey Rib Cook-off returns the Dickey Bar<\/a> on Saturday, July 9, starting at 6 p.m. Ribs will be served to the public. Attendees are encouraged to give a free-will donation for a meal. Dickey Bar Facebook Page<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Proceeds go to Hospice of the Red River Valley, in memory of those who have passed away, most receiving Hospice care in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The band TrainWrecks will be playing from 6pm \u2013 10pm with awards presented around 8pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a $20 entry fee, interested individuals can enter their tasty recipe in the rib cook-off contest. To learn more, contact Chrissy Kartes at (701) 361-8124. Cooks must provide their own ribs, cooking devices and all other cooking needs.
