Board of Directors Moday unanimously approved a PACE interest buydown up to $217,000 for Shocker Hitch LLC on Monday, July 11, to establish a production facility in Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved by the Jamestown City Council and Stutsman County Commission, the city\u2019s share will be more than $173,000 with the county\u2019s share being over $43,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The JSDC action was taken at the July Monthly meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Tuesday, meeting in Special Session, the Spiritwood Energy Park Association (SEPA) member representatives  discussed the approval of a key terms agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Approval of the key terms would allow them to timely  progress with the Green Bison Soy Processing Plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The expansion  being discussed is necessary to expand the common element to accommodate an additional rail using occupant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (JSDC) \u2013 The Jamestown\/Stutsman Development Corporation (ISDC).
