News Aug 15, 2013) &#8212; Jamestown Police is warning Jamestown residents about a convicted sex offender living in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>A correction to the report made by the Jamestown Police Department points out that Jayme Joseph Rowley is residing at 510 16 Street Northeast in Jamestown, not, Southeast, as was intially reported.<\/p>\n<p>His vehicle is a silver 2001 Dodge Dakota with North Dakota license plate:<\/p>\n<p>LIVNPRF.<\/p>\n<p>Rowley is a 34 year old white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n<p>The report says Rowley has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Rowley was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition involving a adult female, with the conviction date of October 11,2006 in Burleigh County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: 10 years with 6 years and 6 months suspended.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted of surreptitious intrusion, on December 14, 2004 in Burleigh County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: 6 and a half years, with all but 2 years suspended, 5 years surpervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>Rowley is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation and has been placed on GPS monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Rowley is not wanted by police at this time, and is currently serving the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n<p>This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n<p>Attempts to harass, intimidate, or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Printed handouts of Rowley\u2019s photo and demographics are available at the Jamestown Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>More information on registered offenders is available on the Attorney General\u2019s web site:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sexoffender.nd.gov\/\"><b>www.sexoffender.nd.gov<\/b><\/a><b> <\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
