News Aug 15, 2013) &#8212; Jamestown Police is warning residents regarding a convicted sex offender who has changes his address.<\/p>\n<p>James Kemit Hanenberg now resides at the Starlite Motel at 1610 Business Loop East in Jamestown, #2.<\/p>\n<p>His vehicle is a Green 1989 Mitsubishi Galant, North Dakota license plate:<\/p>\n<p>JZR 276.<\/p>\n<p>He is a 45 year old white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair.<\/p>\n<p>Hanenberg has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Hanenberg was convicted of Corrupt\/Solicitation of a Minor, in March 27, 2006, in Cass County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: 4 years, 1 year suspended, for 5 years, followed by supervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Barnes County District Court on April 16, 1987.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: 5 years suspended for 5 years, with 5 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>Hanenberg has been placed on GPS Monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Hanenberg is not wanted by police at this time, and is currently serving the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n<p>This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n<p>Attempts to harass, intimidate, or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Printed handouts of Hanenberg\u2019s photo and demographics are available at the Jamestown Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>More information on registered offenders is available on the Attorney General\u2019s web site:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sexoffender.nd.gov\/\"><b>www.sexoffender.nd.gov<\/b><\/a><b> <\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
