{"id":252943,"date":"2022-07-27T16:14:36","date_gmt":"2022-07-27T21:14:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=252943"},"modified":"2022-07-27T16:14:38","modified_gmt":"2022-07-27T21:14:38","slug":"area-students-named-to-dpi-cabinet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=252943","title":{"rendered":"Area Students Named To DPI Cabinet"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bismarck (NDDPI) \u2013 State School Superintendent Kirsten Baesler on Tuesday named her new Superintendent\u2019s Student Cabinet, a 25-member group that will advise her about ways to strengthen North Dakota\u2019s K-12 education system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cabinet includes students ranging in age from the fourth to the 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;grades, representing large and small schools in all corners of North Dakota. Eight of the 25 members have served on previous Cabinets. It is the fifth Cabinet in the history of the program, and the largest since Baesler began the initiative in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cabinet\u2019s members will serve for 22 months, beginning Aug. 1, 2022, and ending in June 2024. The group will meet with Baesler every three months at the North Dakota Capitol.
