(AP) &#8211; Favorable weather has continued to help<br \/>\nharvest progress in North Dakota, but precipitation is needed for<br \/>\nmost row crops.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The U.S. Department of Agriculture says in its weekly crop,<br \/>\nlivestock and weather report that barley made it to 93 percent<br \/>\nharvested, Durum wheat reached 60 percent harvested, spring wheat<br \/>\nrose to 83 percent harvested and the oats crop is 90 percent<br \/>\nharvested.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Canola is 90 percent swathed, which is more than two weeks ahead<br \/>\nof the average pace.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pasture and range conditions are rated 12 percent very poor, 29<br \/>\npercent poor, 37 percent fair, 21 percent good and 1 percent<br \/>\nexcellent.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Topsoil moisture supplies are rated 15 percent very short, 46<br \/>\npercent short, 38 percent adequate and 1 percent surplus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BISMARCK, N.D.
