Jamestown (NDHP) The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a Toyota Corolla and Ford Edge were parked at the construction zone stop light northbound on the Highway 52 Bypass just after 4 PM Sunday. A GMC Envoy was traveling northbound and failed to slow down or stop for the light. The GMC rear-ended the Ford, pushed it into the west ditch and then rear-ended the Toyota on the rear passenger side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The GMC continued into the east ditch striking a culvert. The Toyota remained in the northbound lanes and was driven from the scene with the 20 year-old driver being uninjured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ford occupants were transported to the JRMC for possible injuries. They were 50 year-old Tonia Marshall, 42 year-old Heather Marshall, and a juvenile female.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
39 year-old Aaron Madsen was tested for being under the influence and faces possible charges of DUI and Reckless Endangerment. One of the three passengers in the GMC received minor injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report says two vehicles were parked at a construction zone stop light, when another SUV did not stop for the traffic signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The SUV then rear-ended the two vehicles and continued in a ditch before striking a culvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
