Council Member Dave Steele says some projects are just now finished and others are close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
About two weeks remain on the mill hill road project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mayor Heinrich added that all projects were North Dakota Department of Transportation projects, and that the city didn\u2019t have to pay for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
