{"id":256371,"date":"2022-09-09T08:34:06","date_gmt":"2022-09-09T13:34:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=256371"},"modified":"2022-09-09T08:38:50","modified_gmt":"2022-09-09T13:38:50","slug":"fargo-police-release-internal-review-officer-involved-in-july-shooting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=256371","title":{"rendered":"Police internal Review, Officer Involved In July Shooting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Update<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fargo  (KFGO) \u2013 At the Fargo Police advisory and oversight board meeting information, the <a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=255471\">internal review<\/a> of the fatal shooting of Shane Netterville was released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Police Chief Joe Anderson said the department\u2019s internal investigation determined officer Adam O\u2019Brien didn\u2019t violate use of force policies during the July shooting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on a review of the body camera video, police said Netterville had 37 seconds to comply with officers\u2019 commands to get his hands up and turn off the vehicle before he was shot.
