Their 11th annual event will be held on September 24th in the Wilhelm Chevrolet Buick GMC lot. Proceeds will benefit the Huntington\u2019s Disease Society of America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each month, Unison Bank features local artists, photographers, quilters and creators, and their products or services. Since 2013, they have featured 97 artisans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1960, Don Wilhelm, purchased Mickelson Motor Co. and began to operate the dealership a year later in Jamestown, N.D., as James River Motors with the Oldsmobile and Cadillac franchises. They expanded into the Jeep franchise. Wilhelm began his dealership with a dozen employees, a dream and plan. In 1986, Wilhelm attained a dealership in Bismarck, N.D., and his sons, Jeff and Rod, managed the Jamestown location while Wilhelm and his other son, Dan, managed the Bismarck location until Wilhelm\u2019s retirement in 2007. Since then, the Wilhelm family has added the Chevrolet, Buick and GMC franchises \u2013 which gave it the full line of General Motors products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis year we are doing something a little different to raise awareness for Huntington\u2019s Disease,\u201d said Wilhelm\u2019s Marketing &amp; Advertising Coordinator, Stephanie Johnson. \u201cOur annual 5K is not just a regular 5K, but a Color Run!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a family-owned business, the Wilhelm family began their annual Huntington\u2019s Disease 5k Run\/Walk and Car Show in remembrance of Dan Wilhelm who passed away in 2012 from Huntington\u2019s Disease. Their 11th annual event will be held on September 24th in the Wilhelm Chevrolet Buick GMC lot.
