He currently does not own a vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel is described as black male, 6 feet tall, weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel was assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General. He is on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel was convicted on two counts of gross sexual imposition in 2016 in Stutsman County District Court. When Daniel was 19 years old, he engaged in a sex act with a 12-year-old girl, authorities said.
