Jamestown (Chamber) The Customer Service Award for January goes to Ken Britzman for his outstanding customer service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His nomination letter said:
\u201cKen drives the bus for Ave Maria. I get to interact with him daily and see his interactions
with the residents and my coworkers. He has sung, joked, been serious, and
compassionate dependening on the circumstances. This man is such a great asset to our
community and the nursing home, and I wish he would be recognized for his fantastic
customer service. If my mom were here in Jamestown, I would want her at Ave Maria,
just so she could get to interact with him as a bus driver.\u201d
Young Professionals of Jamestown presents the Customer Service Award for outstanding customer service. The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.
