The National Weather Service reported .96 inches of rain, at the Jamestown Weather Station, the CSi Weather Computer in downtown Jamestown registered 1.25 inches.<\/p>\n
Valley City reported .71 inches of rain,\u00a0 downtown, and 1.30 inches measured at Baldhill Dam.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Oakes\u00a0 recorded 1.70 inches.<\/p>\n
Dazey reported 1.50 inches.<\/p>\n
Higher amounts were recorded in Western North Dakota with\u00a0Hettinger receiving 4.50 inches, Bowman, 2.67 inches in a 70 minute period.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Sept 9, 2013) \u00a0\u2013 Starting Monday,\u00a0 September 9, 2013)\u00a0 a segment of Country Club Road (37th Street SE), near the I-94 Business Park, will be closed to traffic so crews can install a water main.<\/p>\n
During this time, Country Club Road will be closed from the east side of Highway 281 to the west side of the entrance to the I-94 Business Park.<\/p>\n
The closure is expected to last through Friday of this week. People will be able to access businesses in the area from the north.<\/p>\n

Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Sept 6, 2013) — Jamestown Police is warning residents regarding a convicted sex offender who has changed his address within the City of Jamestown.<\/p>\n
The report says Elvert Deon Mack now resides at 911 4th<\/sup> Street SE, #4.<\/p>\n No vehicle is listed.<\/p>\n Mack is a 35 year old black male 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 184 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.<\/p>\n Mack has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n He was convicted of gross sexual imposition on Jan. 19, 2006, in Burleigh County, North Dakota. He forced a juvenile female to engage in sexual intercourse. He was sentenced to five years in prison plus supervised probation.<\/p>\n He was also convicted of indecent exposure June 7, 2001, in Waco, Texas. He was sentenced to 180 days in prison and one year of supervised probation.<\/p>\n Mack is not wanted by police at this time and is currently serving the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n Printed handouts of Mack\u2019s photo and demographics are available at the Jamestown Police Department.<\/p>\n \u3000<\/p>\n Jamestown, ND KCSi-T.V. News Sept 6, 2013 \u2013 Interstate Engineering asks that drivers and residents be aware of the additional closures on 2nd Ave NE as part of the Jamestown sanitary sewer project.<\/p>\n Starting this past Saturday (September 7, 2013), the closure in place on 2nd Ave NE from 4th St NE to 6th St NE was extended to include the intersection of 2nd Ave NE and 6th St NE.<\/p>\n In addition, today (September 9, 2013) 2nd Ave NE, near the Civic Center parking lot, will close from 2nd St NE to 1st St E.
