A Stark County Deputy found the vehicle and attempted to make a traffic stop. The suspect vehicle, a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup, did not stop and fled from law enforcement west on I94. North Dakota Highway Patrol units spiked the fleeing vehicle and using a PIT (Pursuit Intervention Technique), brought the pursuit to an end, west of Dickinson on I94. The fleeing suspect, Thersea Nelson, a 42-year-old female from Mandan, ND was arrested for DUI and fleeing.
