(AP Sept 11, 2013) &#8211; An emergency dispatcher in Jamestown has been fired after allegedly leaking confidential information about an investigation.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stutsman County officials allege that Miranda Meisch provided information to a suspect &#8211; including the name of the person who complained about suspicious activity at a residence.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 County Emergency Manager Jerry Bergquist says Meisch jeopardized a police investigation and could have put the person who called authorities in danger.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMeisch was put on administrative leave Aug. 12, 2013 \u00a0and was fired Aug. 28 after violating terms of the leave by going out of town.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Meisch had been a dispatcher for more than two years.
