The GMC failed to negotiate the curve in the roadway. The GMC left the roadway, struck the east guardrail, and vaulted off the embankment. The vehicle rolled and came to rest. The occupants, Tracy Reyes, 34 year old male, and   Kyle Womack, 33 year old male, both of Stillwater, OK  were ejected from the<br>vehicle. They were pronounced deceased on scene.
