The<br>driver, Nicole Grady, lost control of her vehicle and drove off the roadway entering the east<br>ditch. Vehicle overturned coming to rest back on its tires upright. All occupants of the vehicle<br>were not restrained and ejected from the vehicle. Alcohol was a factor in the crash and<br>charges are pending against Grady. All occupants were transported to hospital in Bismarck via<br>metro ambulance for a wide array of injuries.
