JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The Customer Service Award for September goes to Nikki Domke with The Grateful Plate for their outstanding customer service, presented by members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Their nomination letter said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI have used The Grateful Plate at least a dozen times in the past five months and she always comes through. Recently, we had a last-minute cancellation for an event that Nikki was scheduled to cater. She was able to cancel and accommodate our last-minute request without hesitation. Catering is tough because orders need to be a week in advance. She didn\u2019t bat an eye. Her food, presentation, and customer service are above and beyond. She is prompt with delivery and pick-up. Full-service catering \u2013 everything from charcuterie boards to knoephla, soup and sandwiches to lasagna. Her scotcheroos are the best I\u2019ve ever tasted!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
