Enjoy the beautiful fall weather and go for a stroll to check out the Downtown Scarecrow Festival entries!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scarecrows must be displayed by Friday 22nd and remain on display until September 29th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Businesses\/ organizations throughout Jamestown have entered and we are so excited to see their creations!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All entries will be judged by a volunteer judge panel. Ribbons will be awarded to the winner after September 22nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scarecrow entries will be judged in three categories:
MOST ORIGINAL
BEST SHOW OF COMMUNITY PRIDE
MOST LIKELY TO SCARE A CROW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are some of the rules they had to follow to qualify!
\"\ud83c\udf42\"\u00a0Scarecrows must be hand made and include hay\/straw as it’s base\/core.
\"\ud83c\udf42\"\u00a0Scarecrow must be at least 3ft tall but no more than 7ft.
\"\ud83c\udf42\"\u00a0Scarecrows should be whimsical, humorous, mischievous or loveable – NOT frightening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
