Jamestown \u2013 Insural Insurance Solutions, owned by Farmers Union, has announced it has signed an agreement to purchase WRC Agency, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wisconsin Reinsurance Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to WRC President & CEO Jason Fogg, Insural shares WRC\u2019s values and focus on the rural market. \u201cWe met with many companies from all over the country and Insural and their parent, Farmers Union Service Association Ltd., were by far the best partners we could have hoped for in this transaction,\u201d said Fogg. \u201cTheir integrity, depth of knowledge and commitment to the rural and agricultural community will allow for a seamless transition and continued excellent customer service. We\u2019re confident the agents we support will be in good hands going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The acquisition is expected to be completed November 1, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Insural Insurance Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Farmers Union Service Assn. Ltd. dba Farmers Union Insurance, and specializes in supporting agents located in rural communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
