The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
24 years of age, Dalten Jason Rudy Perleberg, resides at 1530 6th Ave S.W. #21 , the Buffalo Motel, Jamestown, ND 58401, he has no vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Perleberg is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, and has hazel eyes and blonde hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Perleberg has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Offense<\/strong>: Gross Sexual Imposition \u2013 When Perleberg was 18 years old, he pulled a 14-year-old female\u2019s pants down, had her sit on his lap, and digitally penetrated her while at a park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conviction Date<\/strong>: 03\/13\/2020 in Stutsman County District Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Disposition:<\/strong> 20 years; first serve 5 years; 192 days credit; 5 years supervised probation; concurrent<\/p>\n\n\n\n Offense:<\/strong> Luring Minor by Computer \u2013 When Perleberg was 19 years old, he sent nude photos of himself to a 12-year-old female he added on social media<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conviction Date<\/strong>: 03\/13\/2020 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Disposition<\/strong>: 5 years; 192 days credit; 5 years supervised probation; concurrent<\/p>\n\n\n\n Offense<\/strong>: Gross Sexual Imposition-2 counts \u2013 When Perleberg was 18 years old, he touched the breasts and vaginal area of a 14-year-old girl. He asked repeatedly for oral sex and sexual intercourse. The female had intercourse with Perleberg because she was frightened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conviction Date:<\/strong> 03\/13\/2020 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Disposition: <\/strong>20 years; first serve 5 years; 192 days credit; 5 years supervised probation; concurrent<\/p>\n\n\n\n Perleberg is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This
notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this
information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or
threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
