Olheiser entered the intersection of S 9th St<br>at Bismarck Expressway, northbound, while the traffic light was red. Olheiser\u2019s emergency<br>lights were not activated prior to or at the time of the crash. A 2012 Chevy Equinox driven<br>by Leora Bauer of Bismarck was westbound on East Bismarck Expressway. Bauer had a<br>green light and was traveling in the left lane when she entered the intersection. Bauer\u2019s<br>vehicle struck the patrol vehicle at approximately 40-mph.
