Medication management can offer support to an individual. From understanding medication changes, to making sure that medications are taken at the right times, medications are meant to be taken as prescribed to support overall health. \u201cSometimes, that means asking for help managing refills or asking for prescriptions to be packaged differently. A memory caf\u00e9 is an opportunity for individuals with dementia or early onset Alzheimer\u2019s to gather together and connect with others. Caregivers and family members are invited to join the Memory Caf\u00e9 as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
