The driver lost control of the vehicle, crossed over center, and went into the east<br>ditch. The vehicle then overturned and came to rest on the ice of the Missouri River. Both<br>occupants of the vehicle were ejected. The driver, driven by Crystal Kalligher, a 36 year old female from Watford City, was pronounced deceased on scene.
